Sales Policy
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted on any items purchased from Haven Home Furniture & Mattress.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickups require a minimum of 15 days' advance notice. Customers are responsible for measuring doorways, hallways, and stairways before placing an order to ensure the furniture will fit.
Haven Home Furniture & Mattress is not responsible for any damage resulting from furniture or merchandise that is too large to be safely transported or delivered. The company is also not liable for any damage to your property that may occur during delivery.
Payment Terms
A waiting period of 7 to 10 days is required for all check payments to clear before items are released or delivered.
Special Orders & Financing
Special orders cannot be canceled once placed. Finance agreements are non-cancelable.
Claims & Complaints
All claims or complaints must be submitted with the original receipt of purchase.
