All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted. Pickups require a minimum of 15 days’ advance notice. A waiting period of 7 to 10 days is required for all check payments to clear. Special orders cannot be canceled. Finance agreements are non-cancelable.

All claims or complaints must be submitted with this original receipt. Customers are responsible for measuring doorways and stairways before placing an order.

Haven Home Furniture & Mattress is not responsible for any damage resulting from furniture or merchandise that is too large to be safely transported or delivered. The company is also not liable for any damage to your property that may occur during delivery.
