Refund & Return Policy

At Haven Home Furniture, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with our Refund & Return Policy.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Mattresses (if unsealed or used)

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
